We put in the necessary time before the day, learning what you want, and making sure we understand the challenges and opportunities presented by your chosen venue. We can work with your wedding planner or directly with you to make sure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible. We will coordinate with your photographer and videographer to make sure that special moments are never missed.
A Custom Wedding Itinerary
Once we know what you want and need we will provide you with a detailed timeline for the day’s events. Think of it as your custom wedding itinerary. We will also schedule a face-to-face meeting 3-4 weeks before your event to make sure we have all of the details mastered.
We Prepare in Advance
We leave nothing to chance. 802 Event Group has worked in venues all over New England. We take pride in familiarizing ourselves with your venue in advance. We will find all of the appropriate power sources and make sure we have all the necessary equipment so the event goes off without a hitch.
Making Memories
Finally, it is time to enjoy your day! Of course, our DJs are prompt, courteous, and professional. But most of all: they are fun-loving people who know how to read a crowd and keep them happy. Once onsite, we coordinate closely with you, your photographers, and your wedding planner to make sure that everyone gets their moment in the spotlight and that not a moment is missed.
